When Julia + I connected online, I just had a gut feeling this was going to be a really unique engagement session. She has an excitement for life and LOVES to have fun, especially with her new FIANCE, Dave!
One of their favorite things to do together is going to the movies, and as a couple they have such a unique vibe to them – very modern yet retro, a feel in life that I love to capture!
We made our first stop at B&B Theatres on Mainstreet in Kansas City. Guys, you just can’t beat the feeling of sitting IN the theater!
We then made our way over to Green Lady Lounge on 18th and Grand and J + D really gave the moody vibes!
I can’t help but love when couples bring outside of the box ideas! Doing engagement shoots in Kansas City in the winter can be ROUGH but doing all of the photos inside was such a solid idea.
